We are looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter Lead to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a skilled professional who can lead crews, manage commercial carpentry projects, and deliver high-quality workmanship safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial carpentry crews on active job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings
- Coordinate daily tasks with project managers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Install framing, drywall backing, doors, hardware, millwork, ceilings, and specialty systems
- Maintain OSHA safety standards and enforce safe work practices
- Train and mentor crew members and apprentices
- Manage materials and Takeoffs, tools, and job site organization
- Work daily with Pro Core for infield functions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints ( Commercial) and perform layout work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- OSHA certification preferred
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work in active construction environments
- Proficient in ProCore and Emails
- Clean Driving History
