Lead Commercial Cleaner - Ann Arbor, MI

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a Full-Time Commercial Cleaner. The position is based in Ann Arbor and will work primarily from 8 am to 2 pm with at least one evening shift of 5 pm to 9 pm as well as working a weekend shift(s). The minimum scheduled time for this position is 30 hours per week.

Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across Southeast Michigan. The Lead Commercial Cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A successful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Be the lead contact for client management for onsite duties.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize and disinfecting all high-touch surface areas
• Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.)
• Empty trash bins
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Excellent time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
