Role Snapshot
- Run commercial plumbing scopes end-to-end: rough-in to final trim.
- Coordinate daily with general contractors, inspectors, clients, and partner trades.
- Lead crews, balance workloads, and maintain momentum on-site.
- Interpret blueprints, plan layout, and stage materials.
- Troubleshoot field challenges and keep sites clean and professional.
Focused on commercial construction only—this is not residential service work, drain cleaning, or an apprentice position.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Active Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Documented commercial plumbing experience
- Prior experience as a foreman, crew lead, or project field leader
- Blueprint reading and layout capabilities
- Strong communication and a track record of accountability in the field
