What if your next role multiplied your impact?

Imagine channeling more than a decade of composite layup expertise into a training program that uplifts an entire factory. At Composite Resources (Re:Build CR) in Rock Hill, SC, you’ll design and deliver the learning experiences that power first-time-through quality for aerospace and defense components.

Who we are

Composite Resources is a high-growth manufacturer of composite components and tooling. We value teammates who take ownership and hold themselves accountable.

Re:Build Manufacturing is assembling a next-generation industrial company by fusing enabling technologies, operational excellence, and strategic M&A. We start with build-to-print manufacturing and by-the-hour engineering services and advance into complex program development, scaled production, and our own product lines. With capabilities spanning product/systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and high-volume contract manufacturing, we serve customers across aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment—and we do it with a candid, principled culture.

Is this you?

  • Composite lamination pro (10+ years) who loves coaching others on the floor.
  • Builder of standardized work, visual aids, and skills matrices that make complex work simple.
  • Trainer who can deliver organized, repeatable sessions aligned to quality and safety standards.
  • Partner to Engineering, Quality, and Production who spots gaps and implements durable fixes.
  • Hands-on support during FAI and production scale-up energizes you.
  • Credentials like ACMA, NADCAP, and Lean are a plus—and so is an improvement mindset.

What you’ll tackle first

  1. Map current composite layup capabilities and define a skills progression framework.
  2. Author and pilot standardized work instructions and visual standards for priority cells.
  3. Stand up a hands-on training lab with exercises that reinforce correct technique and process control.
  4. Partner with Quality to embed training into FAI readiness and ongoing audits.
  5. Scale the curriculum across shifts, measuring repeatability, yield, and efficiency.
