Highlights of the Lead Concierge Position:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a customer service environment, preferable a senior living setting
• 1-3 years in a supervisory role
• High school diploma or General education degree (GED)required; college degree preferred
• Passion: Committed to being the well-spring of support, opportunity, vitality, balance, and dignity to those we serve
• Teamwork: Respects and values others
