Description
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team in the Oviedo area. This role is hands-on and involves leading a small crew, completing high-quality installations, and ensuring each job is done right, safely, and on time.

Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
Apply basecoats, flakes, and topcoats
Lead a 1–2 person crew on-site
Make sure all work meets quality standards
Keep jobs on schedule
Key Responsibilities
Drive the company truck and transport materials/equipment
Set up and clean up job sites
Train and support team members
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What You Need
2+ years of concrete coating or similar trade experience preferred
Experience with grinders and concrete tools
Crew lead or leadership experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role
Dependable and ready to work full days
Pay & Benefits
$25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
