Role Summary
Rivian is seeking a Project Manager who will be working closely with cross-functional partners (i.e. Real Estate, Design, Operations managers) leading facilities commercial construction projects to ensure all financial, administrative, contractual, and technical aspects of multiple projects are being executed as required. Facilities associated with this role may include new builds, retrofits, expansion and program initiatives for service and delivery centers and retail tenant improvements. The primary function of the Project Manager is to provide construction-related services reporting directly to the Regional Development Manager.
The Project Manager will manage budget, schedule and quality for each assigned project and actively collaborates with all Internal/External stakeholders including, but not limited to, Real Estate, Design/Architecture, Operations, IT/AV, Security Managers, EHS, and Operations. That said, candidates with some design experience, including but not limited to creating test fits or ability to manage architects of record, is a bonus for this role.

The role will be based out of Atlanta and will include upwards of 60% travel regionally, with the potential of traveling to all North America locations based on the business needs.

Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this role is USD $114,100-$142,600 for Georgia based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
