Must have skills:
Strong experience in Data & Analytics programs with Product Owner responsibilities.
Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS/Azure, Databricks, DBT, and Power BI/Tableau.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data, and AI/GenAI concepts.
Detailed Job Description:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring they deliver measurable business value. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, governance, and platform teams to define priorities, manage product backlogs, and drive successful delivery.

Product adoption and business stakeholder satisfaction.
Delivery against roadmap commitments.
Data quality and platform utilization improvements.
Business value realized through analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.

Minimum years of experience:
8-12+ years in Data & Analytics.
3-5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Lead for Data & AI initiatives.
Education: Bachelor s / Masters
The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Define product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for data products.
Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Own and manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and release priorities.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Business teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Drive stakeholder alignment, product adoption, and value realization.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into product design.
Monitor KPIs and continuously improve product performance and user experience.
