Lead Control Systems Technician II
Location: Dallas Fort-Worth, TX (Mansfield area)
Employment Status: Full Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $84,000 - $98,000 per year + Annual Bonus Eligibility
Travel: This role will be spent mostly on client sites and could require up to 60% overnight travel.
On-Call: Rotation may be required based on location and client needs

The Opportunity
The LeadControl Systems Technician II provides advanced technical support and field coordination across control system projects and service activities. This role leads installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting efforts while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with project requirements.
This position plays a key role in guiding field execution, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting project teams during critical phases such as commissioning and system turnover. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and integrated control systems, along with the ability to provide field-based problem solving and leadership.
This position is ideal for experienced technicians who enjoy hands-on leadership, complex troubleshooting, and working in fast-paced industrial environments.
