Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
• Prepare and cook a variety of delicious menu items daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently
• Maintain and clean equipment daily
• Maintain and monitor cooking oil
• Maintain and monitor all breading's, mixes, rubs, sauces and seasonings

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday
