Job Description
SAGE Dining Services is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Cook/Sous Chef to join our team at a private school located in Needham, MA, within a mile of the commuter transit. At SAGE, food and people come first. The teams at each of the schools we serve work together to provide safe, healthy, and varied meals that reflect the tastes and preferences of each community. At the same time, our home office team works together to offer weekly pay, comprehensive year-round benefits, and continuous training.The Lead Cook/Sous Chef supports the head chef and runs the kitchen line during busy service hours. This role balances hands-on cooking with team leadership and quality control.A Typical work week is Monday- Friday 7 am- 3:00 pm.
