Lead Cook

Lead Cook needed for school food service program in the Sparta, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.

Cooking experience Required. K-12 school experience a plus. ServSafe® Certification preferred. 

Duties to include:

• Food preparation
• Cooking, and following recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.
• Must practice safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Must have cash register/ POS experience.
• Ordering, and inventory.
• Stocking, and rotation.
• Cleaning, etc.
