The Lead Coordinator, Development & Environmental supports the Construction department by coordinating reporting, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. This role provides operational and analytical support to leadership, develops presentations and reports, and ensures timely follow-up on permitting and project milestones while building a broad understanding of development and environmental processes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key insights to senior leadership
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting processes by compiling, analyzing, and validating data related to development and environmental projects
  • Track and monitor the status of active construction projects, ensuring updates are accurate and aligned across systems and stakeholders
  • Follow up on permits and regulatory requirements to ensure timely completion and compliance with development timelines
  • Coordinate and participate in cross-functional meetings, documenting key updates, action items, and next steps
  • Responsible for sorting incoming team mail and sending mail on behalf of leadership
  • Responsible for the administration of maintaining licenses
  • Scheduling calendar events for the department
  • Act as a liaison across Construction and other internal teams to support communication and alignment
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and project tracking
  • Build knowledge of Construction, Development, and Environmental functions to support ongoing operational effectiveness
  • Education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Education preferred: Associate's Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience required: At least 3 Years' experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
