Job Title - Lead Coordinator
3+ Months contract to hire role
Pay - $21.50/hr
Location - Tempe, AZ, 85281
Key Responsibilities
•Assign inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services sales representatives.
•Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
•Maintain accurate lead assignment records and reporting.
•Review lead data for completeness and accuracy before assignment.
•Balance lead distribution across sales teams based on capacity, performance, and business needs.
•Partner with Sales Managers to address assignment issues and workload concerns.
•Track and report lead volume, assignment metrics, and aging.
•Escalate system, routing, or lead quality issues as needed.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to lead management.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ Years in Lead Management Experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & data accuracy
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Great Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), lead management tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Great proficiency with Microsoft Office systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. For Excel, candidates need to be proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas etc.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
•Experience in Merchant Services, Sales Operations, Contact Center Operations, or Lead Management preferred.
