• Production Management:

• Quality Control:

  • Inspect garments for stains, damage, and proper cleaning methods.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the cleaning process.
  • Address any quality concerns raised by customers.

• Customer Service:

  • Interact with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding cleaning services.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing and turnaround times.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Staff Supervision:

  • Train new employees on proper dry cleaning techniques and company procedures.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to team members.
  • Address performance issues and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Operational Management:

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Dry Cleaning Expertise: Thorough understanding of different fabric types, cleaning methods, stain removal techniques, and pressing procedures.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
