The lead custodial services provider is responsible for:
Facility cleaning: Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning of all assigned buildings
Restroom and locker room cleaning: Daily and periodic sanitization, including disinfecting, sanitizing fixtures, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Floor care: Buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet shampooing to maintain appearance and durability.
Periodic cleaning tasks: Deep cleaning, seasonal maintenance, and special projects as required
Specialized cleaning: Compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for the Fitness Center, Youth Center, and Child Development Center (CDC)
Paper product management: Supplying and maintaining items like paper towel holders and soap dispensers in key area
