Floater Lead Customer Service Assistant (Lead CSA)

The Floater Lead Customer Service Assistant (Lead CSA) is essential for providing emergency coverage for frontline public service locations. This position serves as a Person in Charge, which can be particularly hard to cover at short notice due to the limited number of roles. Floaters work a variable schedule based on system wide coverage needs. Ability to work evening and weekend shifts is a must. Schedule may change throughout the week, sometimes at short notice. The Floater Lead CSA welcomes customers and ensures that all have an extraordinary experience that supports their needs while providing high level direction concerning library services and circulation policies. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like a more global view of the organization and is willing to take on PIC responsibilities at multiple locations. The part-time Floater Lead CSA will report to the Coverage Services Supervisor.
