We are hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment in a senior living community.
Pay: $24-$26/hr.
Availability includes Monday 6:30am-3pm; and Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities include monitoring entries, leading move-in and welcome processes, supporting front desk operations, assisting residents, maintaining a clean entrance, responding to emergencies, and auditing records.
Success requires a friendly attitude, teamwork, a high school diploma, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
