Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and operational analytics initiatives within a highly collaborative Information Systems organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable business insights, partnering with stakeholders, and developing reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.


Location: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week

What You'll Do

• Extract, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple enterprise systems
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and data solutions
• Perform data quality analysis, validation, and trend analysis
• Develop and automate recurring operational and executive reporting
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership
• Create and maintain reporting documentation, processes, and standards
• Train and support users on reporting tools and analytics solutions
• Support compliance, audit, and data governance activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and business processes

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Reporting, research, business intelligence, or data analysis experience
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
