The Lead Data Analyst serves as the strategic lead for the Family Support Services division-wide data ecosystem supporting the Fatherhood Program, Food and Wellness Network (FAWN), Family Finding, Education Leading to Employment and Career Training (ELECT), and all internal programs within the division. The Lead Data Analyst ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance with funders, operational accountability, performance measurement, and executive reporting across all program areas.
This position functions as the divisions primary subject matter expert for data systems, performance measurement, program evaluation, and reporting infrastructure. It serves as the Administrator for all divisional data systems, including but not limited to Apricot by Bonterra Systems, DHS Connect, and DECO data systems. The position leads data governance initiatives, develops reporting frameworks and dashboards, and provides strategic guidance to leadership, funders, and external stakeholders regarding performance trends, service outcomes, and compliance risks.

Skills:
Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft systems: Word, Outlook, and Excel. Including data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
Leadership & Accountability - Demonstrates ownership and accountability for division-wide data operations, reporting integrity, system administration, and compliance activities. Leads, by example, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a trusted resource to the Family Support Services staff, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking - Utilizes data to identify trends, assess divisional program performance, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions that support organizational goals, funding requirements, and service outcomes.
Analytical Problem Solving - Identifies root causes of operational, reporting, and system-related issues. Evaluates alternatives and implements effective, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and program performance.
Communication & Data Storytelling - Communicates complex data and technical information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations that support informed decision-making across all the Family Support Services organizational levels.
