Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Project Lead/Work Stream Lead for Bills of Material, Parts, and associated documentation.
  • Supporting the Work Stream Lead on communication and coordination with the data analysts.
  • Analyzing large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Applying statistical methods and predictive analytics where appropriate.
  • Utilizing tools such as SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for analysis and visualization.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Acting as support to the Work Stream Lead by guiding stakeholders on data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to the Work Stream Lead.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.
  • Completing validation and verification of data for multiple loads of data into the PLM system.
  • Supporting and completing data clean-up by submitting requirements and collaborating with IT for PLM and ERP data clean-up and maintenance following the IT process for mass updates of data.
  • Developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Analyzing, defining, and developing documentation control methodologies to support the PLM system.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Automating data processes and improving reporting efficiency where possible.
  • Extracting data, analyzing it, and making informed decisions while thinking critically.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
