Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager with a strong background in data analytics, business insights, and sales operations. This role will focus on managing the regional scorecard, OKRs, and regional BI sales tools to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Power BI and experience with sales tools and reporting systems are essential.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise in analytics, and a strategic mindset to streamline operations and enhance sales performance.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 days a week

Roles& Responsibilities
  • Data Analytics & Insights - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, pipeline performance, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and automate reporting processes to provide actionable insights to leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Manage and maintain the regional scorecard to track performance across geos and teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards that aggregate sales performance, operational metrics, and business insights for leadership and sales reporting
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify new tools and systems that enhance productivity
  • Lead initiatives to streamline operational workflows and automate manual processes.

Basic Qualifications
" 10 years of work experience and a Bachelor s Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD
" 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably with a focus on data analytics
" Expertise in Power BI and hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and scorecards
" Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems (i.e., MS Dynamics)
" Proven ability to manage and optimize sales tools and automation platforms
" Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
" High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
