Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Insights - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, pipeline performance, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and automate reporting processes to provide actionable insights to leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams
- Manage and maintain the regional scorecard to track performance across geos and teams
- Build and maintain dashboards that aggregate sales performance, operational metrics, and business insights for leadership and sales reporting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify new tools and systems that enhance productivity
- Lead initiatives to streamline operational workflows and automate manual processes.
Basic Qualifications
" 10 years of work experience and a Bachelor s Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD
" 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably with a focus on data analytics
" Expertise in Power BI and hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and scorecards
" Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems (i.e., MS Dynamics)
" Proven ability to manage and optimize sales tools and automation platforms
" Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
" High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
