Data Engineering: Develop complex data pipelines using Data Factory (Dataflows Gen2) and Fabric Notebooks (PySpark).
Semantic Modeling: Build and optimize high-performance Semantic Models and implement Direct Lake connectivity for seamless Power BI integration.
Governance & Security: Implement workspace-level security, OneLake shortcuts, and manage capacity settings to ensure cost-efficient performance.

Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Fabric, providing technical guidance to stakeholders and mentoring a team of data engineers.

Technical Qualifications:
Core Experience: 10+ years in Data Engineering, with a heavy focus on the Microsoft Azure Data Stack (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, SQL DW).
Fabric Expertise: Hands-on experience with OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and KQL Databases.
Advanced Querying: Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL, PySpark, and DAX.
Modeling Mastery: Proven experience in Star Schema design and dimensional modeling.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with global stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting performance bottlenecks in a SaaS environment.
