Lead Data Product Solutions Consultant

What does a successful Lead Data Product Solutions Consultant do at Fiserv?

The Lead Data Product Solutions Consultant is a customer-facing expert responsible for accelerating the adoption and commercialization of data, analytics, and intelligence solutions. This role partners closely with Product, Business Development, Sales, and strategic partners to design solutions, support complex opportunities, and help clients realize value quickly.

Acting as the bridge between customer needs and product capabilities, this individual translates business challenges into scalable solutions that drive revenue growth and customer success.

What you will do:

• Accelerate time-to-revenue by supporting strategic sales opportunities from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Business Development and Sales to design and position solutions for complex client needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert across partner, merchant, and builder use cases.
• Lead client discovery sessions, solution workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop solution recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and value realization strategies.
• Create repeatable playbooks, use cases, training materials, and adoption frameworks that enable scaled growth.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer and market feedback.
• Support RFPs, technical evaluations, and client onboarding activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption and increase customer value.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, product consulting, solution architecture, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, SaaS, API, or intelligence-based products.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer engagements.
• Background in payments, financial services, data, analytics, or technology preferred.

Salary Range

$136,000.00 - $225,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
