Location: Charlotte, NC

Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel Required Qualifications: Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

Key Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Technology Architecture within large banks with strong experience in Risk Management solutions (Credit, Market, Operational Risk, GRC platforms)

  • Proven expertise in data center migration architectures, including:

  • Legacy modern platform migrations (on-prem / hybrid)

  • Environment isolation, minimal data movement, and regulatory-aligned patterns

  • Deep expertise in Data & Information Architecture, including:

  • Data modeling (logical, physical, canonical) and domain-driven data design

  • Semantic modeling and business-aligned data abstraction layers

  • Graph-based architectures and multi-dimensional ontologies to represent complex relationships (e.g., entities, hierarchies, controls, risk linkages)

  • Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata, traceability, and auditability

  • Design of authoritative data sources, reconciliation frameworks, and governed data pipelines

  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and integration patterns: APIs, event-based, batch/file ingestion
