    Lead Date Scientist (GenAI)
    Atlanta, GA 30338
    Contract (1 Year)


    Lead Data Scientist (GenAI) to design and deliver enterprise scale AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and MCP. The role partners with business and technical leaders to build secure, scalable, high value GenAI capabilities across the organization.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead GenAI architecture and design scalable solutions for enterprise use cases.
    • Build modular LLM pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks.
    • Define prompting, agent, and RAG strategies that can be reused across teams.
    • Manage the full lifecycle of GenAI projects from development through deployment and MLOps.
    • Ensure responsible AI including governance, compliance, and explainability.
    • Evaluate emerging AI trends and guide the adoption of high value innovations.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
    Education
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, ML, NLP, AI, linguistics, or related field.
    • Advance degree a plus
    Required Skills
    • 4 7+ years in Data Science, ML, NLP, or AI.
    • Hands on LLM experience including building, fine tuning, and deploying models in production.
    • Strong Python skills (Scikit learn, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, spaCy, NLTK, Matplotlib).
    • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, PGVector).
