Job Details

Lead the analysis of complex structured and unstructured data to drive strategic business decisions.
Develop, implement, and maintain advanced machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and custom algorithms.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve data challenges, and improve operational performance.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex findings into actionable business strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of professional data science experience, preferably within healthcare, medical informatics, healthcare IT, revenue cycle, or EHR data environments.
Advanced expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, regression analysis, A/B testing, clustering, and predictive analytics.
Strong SQL and programming skills with experience working with large, complex datasets and data science project lifecycles.
