Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex business problems. This role collaborates with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact data science solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI/ML models, products, and tools.
- Develop LLM and RAG-based solutions.
- Optimize code and ensure model performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
- Lead model evaluation, tuning, and deployment.
- Utilize AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, Kendra, SageMaker).
- Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Strong experience with LLM, Generative AI, and RAG.
- Strong engineering skills and code optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS stack (Bedrock, Lambda, Kendra, SageMaker).
- Expertise in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data analysis.
- Strong SQL and communication skills.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience with Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with vector databases for RAG.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, pipelines).
- Experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
