Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (Wednesday & Thursday OFF)
Pay: $20.00 per hour Paid Weekly
***MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish).

What You’ll Do: As a Lead Day Porter, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:
- Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
- Support the supervisor with scheduling and leading the team onsite
- Communicate with Property Management and Security Departments as needed.
- Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
- Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
- Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
- Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
- Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
- Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
You might be a great fit if you are:
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal.
- Must be fluent in English to communicate with the property management and security team.
- Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time-keeping and document review.
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors.
- Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work, especially leading a crew.
Physical Requirements:
- On your feet throughout the shift.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Walking stairs and on large properties regularly.
