Schedule

• Monday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Every Other Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.
• Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions.
• Lead and participate in staff meetings with skills including facilitation, training, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.
• Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.
• Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Experience with inventory, ordering and managing a lab highly preferred
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to creating an outstanding patient experience
• Passion for coaching and developing fellow team members
