Job Duties - The Lead Dentist provides dental leadership at each center and manages all aspects of dental care at the center.
Minimum Qualifications -
Experience/Licensure: Licensed to practice dentistry in North Carolina. Current unrestricted DEA number. Well recommended by two other dentists who know his/her practice, or first-hand knowledge of dentist’s practice. One-year of post graduate/residence training preferred and/or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Competency in the practice of general dentistry. Acceptance of several principles of community health care which include but are limited to the following: commitment to serve patients regardless of their ability to pay, commitment to practices of health promotion and disease prevention, and skill or aptitude in the management of dentist, hygienist and dental assistant personnel.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Pay Range: $133,998 - $180,082 (commensurate with years of experience)
