Lead Dentist – Lawrenceville, GA
The Position:
We are currently seeking a Lead Dentist to join a brand-new de novo private practice opening in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a modern, patient-focused practice from the ground up while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and comfortable in a leadership role within a growing practice.
Practice Overview:
- De novo private practice
- 4 operatories
- 2 dentists, 2 hygienists
- Open Dental software
- 100% FFS / PPO patient base
- Modern build with strong emphasis on quality care and patient experience
Schedule:
- 4-day work week
- Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation:
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
- Perform molar endodontics
- Perform surgical extractions
- Help establish and grow clinical workflows in a new practice
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
- Active Dental license in the state of Georgia
- Proficiency in molar endo and surgical extractions
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication and patient management skills
