- Help oversee shift of Technicians and ensure service orders are being properly completed
- Keep a diesel truck fleet running strong with consistent, steady work
- Diagnose & repair engines, brakes, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Work in a team-focused shop that values quality work over rushing jobs

What You Bring
- 5+yrs of experience as a Diesel Mechanic / Technician (fleet, trucking, or heavy equipment)
- Atleast 1yr of Lead or Supervisor experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in their work
- Safety-first mindset
