Lead Diesel Technician
Take the Lead with One of Northern Nevada's Most Recognized Companies
What if your next diesel position gave you more than another shop to turn wrenches in?
Would you like to step into a Lead Technician role with a company that has been part of Northern Nevada for generations, has an established fleet operation, and delivers products people throughout the region recognize and use every day?
This is an opportunity to join a well-known, award-winning food manufacturer and distributor with deep roots in Reno and an operation that depends on its fleet to keep products moving throughout the region.
They're looking for an experienced diesel technician who is ready for more ownership.
You'll still be hands-on with the equipment, but now you'll also be the person other technicians turn to when the diagnosis isn't obvious, a repair gets complicated, or the team needs direction.
Instead of working for a traditional repair shop where the next vehicle is simply another ticket, you'll be maintaining a dedicated company fleet where your work directly impacts the success of the entire operation.
If you're ready to take everything you've learned as a diesel technician and turn it into the next step in your career,
"Apply" Today!
Why This Opportunity Is Different
There's something different about maintaining your own fleet.
You get to know the equipment, see the results of the repairs you make, identify recurring problems, and have a real voice in how maintenance can be improved.
As the Lead Diesel Technician, you'll have that opportunity while becoming a key technical resource for an established Reno operation.
You'll work across diesel trucks, tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, lift gates, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, powertrains, and more.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to lead from the shop floor, helping develop other technicians while continuing to do the hands-on troubleshooting and repair work that built your career.
