This role reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Divisionlocatedin Germantown, WI.

You will coordinate distribution center activities ina Business Unitbyadhering to all safety guidelines and standards in a team environment. As well as executeoperational transactions to support the operations in their assigned department.
RESPONSIBILITES
Contribute transactionally to support DC performance
Primary contactbetween the team and the supervisorfor operational daily needs
Partner withmanagement toassess andimproveonteam performance
Using data tools and metrics to assess and make operational decisions
Initial assessment of problems, working with internal counterparts to determine next steps
Coordinatedepartment levelactivities withthe team and DC leadership
Train staff on RFScanner,and computer system
Support process to contribute to the accuracy of the inventory

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training.
High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)
Forklift certification preferred
DOT Hazardous Materials, and IATAa plus
Effective leadership skills,
Proficient written,oral communication,
Basicorganizational skills.
Ability towork within complexsystemandprocess
Experiencein MS Office programs and Warehouse software (Latitude, P21, RFScanneretc.)
Agile inidentifyingand makingrecommendations to resolveproblems
Models and promotes self-directed work team culture
Proven ability to solve problems with standardized solution
Ability tolift upto 50lbs.
