Location Lancaster, TX

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Saturday + Sunday | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Training will take place on the first day from 12;00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• 5+ years of warehouse/dock experience
• Previous lead experience or demonstrated ability to guide team operations
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience scanning and processing freight
• Comfortable using computers, email, and mobile applications
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead by example
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Frequent walking, bending, and material handling required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead dock loading and unloading operations during assigned shift
• Coordinate staging, scanning, and movement of freight to meet shipping timelines
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and verify shipment accuracy
• Identify and resolve freight discrepancies or damages
• Support team workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
• Operate sit-down forklift as needed
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer tools
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment
