Oversee the drivers and daily operations of the APC transportation department
Create and manage schedules and routes
Train new hires and ensure all drivers complete ongoing, required trainings
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
Coordinate with the intake department for new consumers, and with APC programs for existing consumers, to set up transportation
Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and items required by state and local laws
Schedule all inspections and maintenance for the fleet
Drive consumers to and from Adult Partial Care program
Transport consumers scheduled for medication visits and psychiatric evaluations, as needed
Organize and keep records regarding transportation schedule and mileage
Adhere to all safety regulations, including mandatory fastening of seatbelts of driver and all passengers
Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness
Complete supervisions for drivers per agency standards
Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure transportation is scheduled for clients scheduled on scheduled days

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Valid driver's license in good standing;
Good driving record verifiable with the state;
Ability to drive a 15 passenger van;
CDL preferred
