What You Will Do
Lead engineering initiatives focused on edge AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Python, and C/C++.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data management systems.
Drive the development of machine learning models that enhance data processing and security capabilities.
Optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability while ensuring best practices in software development.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of the technology stack.
Analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Ideal Candidate Background
2-3 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and data management.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Go, Rust, and C/C++.
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working on cutting-edge technology.
Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
