Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $ 68,875, depending on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization and completes complex assignments. Integrates complex elements from other specialties into work assignments. Responsible for program oversight when Supervisor is off-site. Serves as team leader, mentoring and delegating work to lower-level staff.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s Degree in business, education, health, or related field.
• 3 years of administrative or program coordination experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
