    Department/Specialty: Neurodiagnostic Lab

    Schedule: Monday - Friday | Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • Direct Daily Clinical Operations: Oversee daily neurodiagnostic workflows and testing schedules to optimize department productivity and efficiency.
    • Optimize Team Performance: Mentor technical staff through proactive quality management, formal performance evaluations, and clinical guidance.
    • Deliver Advanced Patient Care: Serve as the subject matter expert for complex cases, providing specialized consultation and elite technologist duties.
    • Foster Collaborative Leadership: Promote situational problem-solving, active teamwork, and high standards of cooperation across the unit.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • One or more of the following required:
    • Electroencephalographic Technician credentialed from the ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation (ABRET) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Technologist specializing in Neurophysiologic Intraop Monit credentialed from the ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation (ABRET) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Technologist specializing in Evoked Potential credentialed from the ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing & Accreditation (ABRET) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Tech specializing in Nerve Conduction Study obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s

    degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
