We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead the department of a highly specialized MEP firm based in Los Angeles.The role has excellent leadership resobiblites within a boutique MEP firm.Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical building systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Mentor and lead electrical engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and supporting team development.Prepare, review, and approve engineering calculations and construction documents, including signing and sealing designs as a licensed PE.Coordinate multidisciplinary projects using Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud while ensuring compliance with NEC and applicable building codes.Oversee quality assurance, design reviews, risk management, and the implementation of engineering standards and best practices.Support business development, project planning, and client relationships while delivering innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.What's on offer Competitive compesnation pakcageHighly specialized work enviroment with a family feel#J-18808-Ljbffr
