We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer - Test Emphasis to oversee test system development and improvements for power system protection products.
In this role, you will lead test engineers, manage multiple projects, review test plans, and ensure high-quality product testing.
You will design and evaluate test strategies, analyze test data, and identify process improvements.
Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in test development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Preferred experience includes project management, team leadership, and familiarity with related products.
