Join our dynamic engineering team where you'll tackle challenging projects in a rapid-paced environment. Your role will require agility and teamwork, as well as the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust analog and digital systems for high-stress electronic applications.
- Perform circuit tolerance analysis via manual calculations and simulation tools like Spice.
- Lead the refinement and compliance of system requirements.
- Craft test strategies and documentation for assessing product performance at all development stages, including Brassboard and Design Verification.
- Oversee all test phases, providing technical leadership and direction.
- Spearhead failure diagnostics utilizing methodologies such as 8D and Cause & Effect Analysis.
- Conduct and manage design review processes during various stages of product development.
- Serve as the main technical liaison to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor for project proposals.
- Manage Engineering Orders and Change Proposals effectively.
- Guide and mentor junior engineering team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline and significant relevant experience, with an alternative career path recognized by extensive prior experience.
- Extensive expertise in designing with analog and digital components such as op amps, LDOs, logic gates, and more.
- Proven track record in power conversion, including switching and linear supplies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting with industry-standard laboratory tools.
- Experienced with schematic capture and PCB design software.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale technical projects from inception to completion.
- Active participation in technical documentation and design reviews.
- Eligible for Secret clearance.
