Lead Electrician

Elite Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and working alongside a small crew on commercial projects throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations for electrical installations
• Supervise and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality
• Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial electrical systems
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers onsite
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code

Qualifications

• Strong commercial electrical experience required
• Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to manage and motivate a small team
• Knowledge of NEC and jobsite safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Valid Journeyman Electrical License in Massachusetts
• Fire alarm and/or security system experience is a major plus
• • Fire alarm installation and programming

  • CCTV/IP camera systems
  • Low-voltage cabling and device installation
