Job Summary:
Summary
The Lead Electrician position is responsible toperform work as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor and/or Director to maintain the hospital’s property and equipment in safe, efficient, operating condition, and assist others, as needed. The Lead Electrician will also pull electrical permits, guide, and direct Journeyman Electrician(s), and be an integral part of Project Planning, Regulatory Agency Audits, and overall review of work completed relative to Electrical projects and procedures. This includes basic installation, cleaning, repairing, removal, and disposal of electrical equipment, and property. Performs other duties as assigned on an “as needed” basis, and Snow shoveling may be necessary at entrances, sidewalks, and Emergency Department. Handles major components of DNV documentation.

Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position that involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. Some stress related to high level of responsibility for quality care.

Comp Range:
$28.88 - $43.32Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
