We're hiring one Lead Electrician to take ownership of commercial and residential projects across Mount Vernon and Central Ohio. If you've got the construction background, the technical chops, and the leadership instincts to run a crew and deliver - this is the role you've been waiting for.

What Your Day Looks Like

• You lead the job from rough-in to final inspection - commercial and residential
• You run the crew, mentor the apprentices, and set the standard on every site
• You read the blueprints, coordinate with GCs and homeowners, and make it happen
• You keep the site safe, organized, and moving - no babysitting required
• Variety every day - no two jobs the same

What We Need From You

• Construction background - the first thing we look at, every time
• Proven electrical experience across commercial and residential work
• You've led crews before and you know how to hold the standard
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes - you're not guessing
• Valid driver's license
• Journeyman license or equivalent field experience preferred
