This role requires strong cross‑disciplinary collaboration, combining mechanical design expertise with electrical and power system integration to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions.Lead the design and development of electro‑mechanical subsystems, integrating mechanical structures with power distribution and electrical componentsTranslate system‑level requirements into robust, manufacturable designs that meet performance, reliability, and safety standardsCollaborate closely with electrical and systems engineers on power distribution, cabling, grounding, and component integrationDesign and package electrical hardware (e.g., breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs) within mechanical architectureDrive prototype build, test, and debug activities, owning issues through root cause and resolutionSupport product development lifecycle activities, including design reviews, DFM/DFA, and supplier engagementAll About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
