Philadelphia, PA — On-site field service throughout the Philadelphia region, with shop work as needed.
Note:
Must have 1+ year of AC/DC motor and industrial pump experience and 1+ year of electromechanical field service experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also required.

Job Description
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, industrial pumps, gearboxes, fans, and other rotating equipment.
- Perform field service work at customer locations, including bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and vibration analysis.
- Diagnose equipment issues efficiently and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Manage your own service schedule and field calls with a proactive, dependable approach.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and high-quality service.
- Assemble and disassemble motors and perform related shop work during periods between field assignments.
- Work independently while leveraging shop resources and technical support when needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, workmanship, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working with AC/DC motors and industrial pumps.
- 1+ year of electromechanical field service experience.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and vibration analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service calls effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and mechanically inclined.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
