Cvent's IT Enterprise Services organization runs identity, endpoints, developer experience, SaaS applications, and end-user experience for 5,000+ employees across the US and India. We're hiring a Lead Enterprise Services Engineer to lead our Identity & Messaging team and to serve as a senior operational deputy across the broader Enterprise Services organization.
This is a people-leadership role with an operational backbone. The team you'll lead is identity-focused - Okta, Active Directory, M&A integration, and lifecycle automation - and you'll partner closely with our Identity Engineering Tech Lead, who owns the architecture. You don't need to be the deepest engineer in the room, but you do need to read identity well enough to set direction, unblock your team, and represent the work with authority. Just as important, you'll own the operational cadence - renewals, audits, and compliance cycles - that keeps the wider Enterprise Services portfolio running, and you'll be a trusted decision-maker when leadership needs an answer the same day.
